My grades aren’t showing

Grades come from your district’s grades portal (Home Access Center or StudentVUE). Go to Me → Connect another system and connect it. Pull down on the Grades tab to refresh.

Canvas homework or pages are missing

Make sure Canvas is connected (Me → School). Some teachers hide Files or Pages; Fetch still reads pages linked from Modules. New pages can take a minute to show up in chat after a sync.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen tap “Forgot password?”, enter your email, and follow the code or link we send.

Cancel or restore Fetch Plus

Cancel in your phone’s App Store or Google Play subscriptions. On a new phone, open Get Fetch Plus and tap “Restore purchases”.

Delete my account

Me → Delete account removes everything Fetch saved. It can’t be undone.
