Terms of Use
Last updated October 3, 2026
These terms are the rules for using Fetch Study (“Fetch”), made by Augustine Ventures LLC (“we”). By using Fetch you agree to them.
Who can use Fetch
You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you need your parent or guardian’s permission, and they agree to these terms too.
Your school accounts
Only connect school accounts that belong to you. You are responsible for following your school’s rules for those accounts. Fetch is not affiliated with your school or any school system, and school systems can change or stop working with Fetch at any time.
Studying honestly
Fetch is a study tool. Don’t use it to cheat, to write graded work for you, or in any way your teacher or school doesn’t allow. Fetch is designed to explain and guide rather than do your assignments.
AI can make mistakes
Answers, flashcards, quizzes and study plans are made by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Always check important information with your teacher or class materials. Grades and due dates in Fetch come from your school’s systems — your school’s official records are what count.
Fetch Plus
Fetch Plus is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through the App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before it renews. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Your content
You own what you upload and create. You give Fetch permission to store and process it only to run the app for you. Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share.
Things not to do
- Don’t break the law, harass anyone, or upload harmful content.
- Don’t try to access other people’s data or interfere with Fetch’s systems.
- Don’t resell or copy Fetch.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Ending your account
You can delete your account any time in Me → Delete account. We may end or change Fetch features with notice when we can.
Legal stuff
Fetch is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, Fetch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
